Coconutty Fruit Salad

3/5 cup Sweetened Flaked coconut
1/3 pound mango
1/3 pound Pineapple
1/3 pound Papaya
3/10 Lime juice

Toast coconut in dry pan on medium flame, about 10 minutes. Stir frequently, and watch carefully.
Combine fruits and lime juice with coconut in bowl. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
